Erasmus+ Mobility Trainings is a joint project of a few network partners that aims to develop capacities and competencies of TSE network staff, scale already existing training resources, build a framework of TSE internal education program, and promote collaboration within network partners. The first training on building effective communication took place in January 2020 in Ankara.
January 27 -31, 2020, representatives of Fundacja TechSoup (FTS) – Poland (project leader), NIOK Foundation – Hungary, Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation WCIF – Bulgaria, Fundraising Verband Austria – Austria and Metamorphosis Foundation for Internet and Society – North Macedonia attended the first Erasmus+ Mobility training within our new project Digital and Training Skills for the Social Sector (DTS4SS). The training was hosted by STGM Civil Society Development Centre in Ankara, Turkey.
Building Effective Communication Strategy
This time we focused on building effective communication strategy and getting practical skills in creating attractive content. The workshop was based on the existing Academy of Good Communication scenario that we could test again with partners and spread among the network strengthening partners and TSE education program.
- To learn how to plan the communication in order to develop a strong position and brand of the organization.
- To take a significant step towards creating the communication plan for the organization.
- To get to know the tools, programmes and applications helpful in creating attractive graphic materials, enhancing the efficiency of the organization in the area of social media.
Gaining professional insights into the development of a communication strategy helps us to reach our audience in a tailored way. Apart from that we appreciate the exchange of best practises with partners from all over Europe that enriched the training.
Networking And Sharing Best-Practises
Participants of the training not only got new skills and knowledge on understand digital marketing importance in different aspects of NGO functioning; worked on their audience needs or got to know tools to create attractive content, it was also a great networking time to share best practises and and get to know better partners from the TechSoup family.
