March 2021, online Erasmus+ workshop  ‘Training Methodology to assist the social sector on their digital transformation journey’ gathered 22 TechSoup partners employees from Austria, Hungary, Italy, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Poland.

It was another Digital and Training Skills for the Social Sector workshop for TechSoup staff members that focus on internal development to better serve nonprofits in Europe.

This time, workshop participants were learning about training development, adults’ learning, and the creation of an effective and safe learning environment.
